Kelly Government Solutions is a strategic supplier and business partner to the federal government and its key suppliers. We are seeking a Grants Management Specialist to support the National Institutes of Health in Rockville, MD.
Role is estimated to support hybrid work arrangement that may involve on-site work at the NIH in Rockville, MD depending upon Institute needs/priorities.

KEY TASKS
(1) Assist staff review annual grant progress reports and new grants for conformity to Institute policy, compliance with Federal regulations, and consistency with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
(2) Assist staff review and evaluate for accuracy, completeness, and compliance competing and non-competing grant applications.
(3) Draft correspondence to address any administrative or management issues related to grant applications.
(4) Assist staff advise applicants and grantees on financial and management issues relevant to their applications and perform corrections
(5) Review, revise and prepare budget spreadsheets in Excel to reflect current funding levels, perform data analysis and prepare reports based on data.
(6) Conduct administrative and financial review of grant applications.
(7) Maintain official grant file(s), prepare electronic documents and upload images directly into the appropriate IMPAC II eGrants file groups
(8) Prepare budgets for award in spreadsheet workbook, analyzing requested amounts based on allowability, allocability and reasonableness.
(9) Work with staff on pre- and post-award activities, including the preparation of grant awards.
(10) Collect and assemble documentation on grant applications that have been selected for funding for review and approval.
(11) Provide advice to program staff, applicants and grantees on administrative and business management issues.
(12) Resolve grant-related issues, working with scientific and administrative personnel within the Institute and at grantee organizations.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
(1) Minimum of bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
(2) Extensive experience with NIH grants receipt, review, and administration processes and policies
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
