What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician (Fire Systems) position at Kelly?
We are currently looking for Fire Systems Field Service Technician. The technician will be travelling domestically to Idaho/CA up to 50% of the time and up to 2 weeks at a time. The Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service/installation of various pieces of fire protection equipment. The Field Service Technician must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Install stainless steel high-pressure tubing and pipe fittings
• Install flexible low-voltage conduit and perform wire terminations
• Read and interpret schematics and technical documents
• Assemble mechanical and electrical subassemblies
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Perform preventive maintenance on fire suppression systems
• Support system startup, commissioning, and decommissioning
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- 1 year experience in fire suppression, low voltage, industrial maintenance, or related field preferred
- Ability to read schematics and technical procedures
- Understanding of low-voltage DC circuits
- Experience with stainless tubing, pipe fitting, or mechanical assembly preferred
- Strong safety mindset and reliable work history
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
