Are you a dynamic Epic leader with a passion for optimizing clinical workflows and application support? We are seeking an experienced Epic Ancillary Application Manager to direct our Epic ancillary portfolio—including Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, and Lumens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, support, and overall management of Epic ancillary applications
- Oversee application teams and foster operational partnerships with cardiology, surgical services, radiology, anesthesia, and other key departments
- Manage Epic build, testing, validation, and ongoing optimization
- Drive system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements
- Serve as the escalation point for application issues, priorities, and delivery timelines
- Support Epic implementations and lead system improvement initiatives
- Mentor and develop Epic analysts and application team members
Qualifications:
- Epic certification in one or more modules: Cupid, OpTime, Radiant, Anesthesia, Lumens
- Proven experience as an Epic Application Manager or Lead
- Demonstrated leadership of Epic analysts and project teams
- Strong background in perioperative, imaging, or procedural workflows
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
