- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging, ensuring timely resolution of questions and concerns.
- Processing orders and modifications accurately while documenting customer interactions and collaborating with internal team members as needed.
- Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, along with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional when handling stressed or upset customers.
- Are comfortable working with computers for accurate data entry and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Are available to work extended hours and some weekends during peak season (August–November), with hours from 8 am – 5 pm.
