What You'll Do
- Read and interpret work orders to understand production requirements.
- Follow assembly instructions and basic blueprints.
- Stock and replenish parts within assigned work cells.
- Set up and operate a variety of production equipment including soldering tools, microscopes, drills, fill machines, part washers, sand blasters, magnet cranes, and cable harness assembly equipment.
- Perform assembly tasks such as soldering, crimping, clamping, snipping, and related duties.
- Follow testing procedures and utilize measuring equipment as required.
- Inspect products for quality and identify non-conforming materials.
- Complete required documentation accurately.
- Clean, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding quality, materials, or procedural concerns.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous assembly, production, or electronics experience preferred.
- Soldering experience is a plus.
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of basic manufacturing and quality principles.
- Long-term temporary-to-hire opportunity.
