What’s a typical day as a Education and Compliance – Customer Service Representative? You will:
- Process collection requests, including payments, returns, delinquencies, refunds, and account merges
- Prepare, file, and review Administrative Support documents, including payoff amounts
- Respond to internal and external calls and written inquiries
- Research line requests, tax clearance applications, and debt set-off inquiries
- Perform data entry in TAS and other supporting databases
- Document monthly production and maintain Administrative Support files
- Manage low balance lien release reports
- Tax experience
- Basic math skills
- Proficiency with Excel and Google tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 100% onsite
- Preferred but Not Required:
- Experience with TAS or similar databases
- Experience handling levies, 5009L certifications, or PRI processing
