Pay- $15/hour Plus OT and mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate 2–4 assigned Early Voting locations.
- Support onboarding and training of Early Voting site staff.
- Schedule and ensure staff participation in required training.
- Facilitate meet-and-greet sessions with site staff.
- Serve as a liaison between the Supervisor of Elections office, Early Voting staff, site managers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure Early Voting sites operate smoothly and in strict accordance with applicable election laws.
- Perform data entry for staff applications and site assignments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records for assigned locations.
- Verify the delivery and receipt of voting supplies to assigned sites.
- Uphold the mission of the Supervisor of Elections: integrity, public confidence, and citizen participation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate nonpartisanship in all work duties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, email, word processing, and a capacity to learn new software.
- Supervisory experience managing diverse teams.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Previous customer service and community engagement experience.
- Familiarity with general office practices and procedures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit for extended periods.
- Knowledge of Orange County geography.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle.
- Previous experience with elections or Early Voting is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to work extended hours and weekends, sometimes with little or no advance notice.
