What’s a typical day as a Legal Documentation Specialist? You’ll be:
- Filing various media and maintaining organized records to ensure efficient access.
- Retrieving and routing requested files for internal and client needs, supporting seamless operations.
- Maintaining an accurate record checkout system to track document usage and availability.
- Creating and managing electronic and imaged records for easy retrieval and storage.
- Scanning documents into digital drop boxes for efficient electronic filing.
- Applying Bates stamps to records for identification and tracking purposes.
- Burning CDs, making copies, and binding produced documents for mailing to clients.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy before delivery, maintaining high standards.
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Bring 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Have the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
