Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)

Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week (3 days per week; Wednesdays required, other days flexible)

Duration: 2–3 month temporary assignment

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Clerk to support the accounting team. This role is focused primarily on data entry to help address a backlog of work. It is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible, entry-level position in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into company systems
• Assist the accounting team with entering financial and administrative data
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Provide general administrative support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Prior data entry experience preferred
• Experience with QuickBooks is a strong plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  
  

Additional Details

• Temporary role lasting approximately 2–3 months
• This is an in-office position (no remote option)
• Schedule includes Wednesdays as a required workday; the other two days are flexible
