Job Details
- Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
- Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX 77001) – Minimum 2 days per week in-office
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- System Management: Enter and process new or rescheduled legal requests into our internal SPOT system.
- SLA Compliance: Execute job settings within strict timelines to meet service level agreements.
- Billing & Portals: Manage direct billing setups for insurance carriers and handle Portal/Hopper requests.
- Data Integrity: Review requests for missing info, follow up with clients, and correct any inconsistencies.
- Collaboration: Respond to internal inquiries, retrieve files, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1 year of data entry or administrative experience; litigation support experience is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with scheduling databases.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
