- Identifying bottlenecks, handoff delays, rework loops, redundant steps, and non-value-added activities to recommend process improvements.
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and have 3-5 years of experience in data mining.
- Possess strong analytical skills to support operational analysis and cross-functional coordination.
- Are eager to work closely with finance to track tooling spend, labor impacts, and budget status.
