Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support business stakeholders across Accounting and Supply Chain functions, including Distribution and Transportation. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on SQL experience, and the ability to deliver timely insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Write and execute moderately complex SQL queries to support business needs
- Provide quick-turn data support to stakeholders in Accounting and Supply Chain
- Partner with business teams to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting
- Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a relationship-driven, customer-focused environment
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data analysis, including identifying trends and anomalies
- Hands-on experience with SQL (moderate complexity)
- Experience supporting Accounting/Finance or Supply Chain (Distribution, Transportation, etc.)
- Proficiency in Power BI
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in ambiguous environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Experience working in fast-paced, less structured environments
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Portland, OR (minimum 2 days onsite required)
Salary : $65 - $75
