What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and faxes for customer support
- Monitor shared inboxes and respond quickly with professionalism
- Process sales orders and documents in SAP accurately
- Keep customers updated on order status and follow up as needed
- Research order-related issues with Service, Purchasing, and Logistics teams
- Update CRM/C4C records and support reporting tasks
- Perform accurate data entry and escalate urgent issues when needed
- 1 years of customer service or contact center experience preferred
- Strong administrative skills with excellent communication and follow-up
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM/C4C, or similar systems is a plus
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and comfortable handling changing priorities
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time
- $18.00–$21.00/hr | Weekly Pay
