Kelly Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Farmington, CT!

If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this role supports internal and external customers with spare parts inquiries, order processing, and account support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate communication, order entry, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to incoming emails and inquiries from customers and internal teams
  • Enter quotes, orders, and customer requests accurately and efficiently
  • Provide updates on order status, tracking, and general inquiries
  • Use SAP and internal systems to process customer transactions
  • Support spare parts operations and coordinate with internal departments
  • Maintain accurate records and meet order entry and service targets
  • Follow established communication procedures and customer service standards

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous customer service experience required (call center or similar environment preferred)
  • Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and patient approach
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-volume inquiries
  • Experience with SAP, CRM systems, or Microsoft Office required
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM-6:30 PM | | Full-Time
  • Hybrid schedule - 3 days in-office / 2 days remote
  • $20.00/hr | Weekly Pay
  • Long Term Temp
