- Temp to hire
- Shift Information: Monday through Friday 8:00AM until 5:00PM
- Possibility of working Hybrid after completion of on-site training!
Job Specific Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment
- Experience I provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Detail oriented
- Computer proficiency a must! Especially Intermediate Excel skills!
- Be able to navigate between multiple programs simultaneously
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
