Roles And Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from members, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems while adhering to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Process a wide variety of member service requests, including transactions, basic account maintenance, and card-related activities.
- Complete loan applications for members accurately and efficiently.
- Assist members with Digital Banking Services troubleshooting and support.
- Demonstrate full knowledge of products and services, offering appropriate solutions to members to retain and build financial relationships.
- Communicate effectively with members using both verbal and written skills.
- Promote a positive member experience with every interaction.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Strong multitasking and computer navigation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to learn and retain information about financial products and digital tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Flexible, team-oriented, and reliable.
