About The Position
This newly created role is designed to support our client's expanding Mobile Medical Unit. The Clinic Receptionist will work alongside a provider, traveling throughout Kaua?i to deliver direct healthcare services in local communities. While based out of our Kapa?a clinic, you’ll perform traditional front-desk and patient service responsibilities in a dynamic, mobile setting.

Schedule
- Wednesday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- Sunday: 12:00pm – 5:00pm
- Plus: 4 administrative hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Additional hours may be available as needed based on clinic demands.
- Welcome patients to clinics and mobile units
- Interview patients and collect required information
- Input data into the computer system
- Schedule appointments, diagnostics, procedures, and referrals
- Maintain patient medical records and related files
- Perform fiscal record-keeping and clerical services
- Float to any clinic site as required; work on weekends and/or holidays as needed
- Experience: At least 2 years of responsible typing, clerical, or related office work
- Skills:
- Strong communication with a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow procedures, proofread, and operate office equipment
- Understanding of English grammar, spelling, & basic math
- Licensure: Valid State of Hawai?i driver’s license required
- Flexibility: Ability to travel throughout the island and work in various community locations
