Client Account Coordinator – Service Scheduling

Location: Farmington, CT

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Full-Time

Pay Rate: $22.00–$27.00/hr (DOE)

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

We’re hiring a Client Account Coordinator to support the Service Operations team for a major manufacturer in Farmington. In this role, you’ll schedule field service engineers, communicate with customers, coordinate mission priorities, and keep daily service activities running smoothly. This position calls for someone organized, responsive, and comfortable handling heavy call volume.

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule field service engineers based on mission priority, location, and technical skill.
  • Communicate with customers daily regarding service status and updates.
  • Report delays or issues with critical machines to Service Management.
  • Coordinate with other schedulers for additional coverage.
  • Work closely with technical support engineers to ensure the proper setup of the mission.
  • Confirm technicians have the correct tools, equipment, and documentation.
  • Support the Regional Service Manager to ensure that all work is completed, accurate paperwork is maintained, and proper reporting is conducted.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience managing heavy call volume is required.
  • Prior scheduling or dispatching experience preferred.
  • 3 years in customer service or a technical support–focused role.
  • Strong follow-up, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
