What You’ll Do
- Schedule field service engineers based on mission priority, location, and technical skill.
- Communicate with customers daily regarding service status and updates.
- Report delays or issues with critical machines to Service Management.
- Coordinate with other schedulers for additional coverage.
- Work closely with technical support engineers to ensure the proper setup of the mission.
- Confirm technicians have the correct tools, equipment, and documentation.
- Support the Regional Service Manager to ensure that all work is completed, accurate paperwork is maintained, and proper reporting is conducted.
- Experience managing heavy call volume is required.
- Prior scheduling or dispatching experience preferred.
- 3 years in customer service or a technical support–focused role.
- Strong follow-up, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
