Business Services Filing Support

• The scope of this position will encompass the responsibilities of a Full-Time (8AM til 5PM) Kelly Services employee working as Business Services Filing Support.
  
  

Responsibilities

Perform daily Business Services filing support duties including, but not limited to:

• Sort various paperwork by category/numerical order, print labels and file appropriately Search, scan, and email document requests
• Purge file cabinets to accommodate newest number series monthly/bi-monthly
• Process daily outgoing invoices, sort/pull any that should not be mailed Do Not Mail List , envelope/sort by International, Canada, USA, add postage and set out for pickup
• Update Do Not Mail List with all mail returned
• Undeliverable Cover Front Desk lunch daily, answer incoming calls, screen visitors/contractors and assign visitor badges, open/close building if necessary
• Check all office supply areas weekly and email list of required supplies to BSS Manager
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Qualifications –

• Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
• High school diploma is required.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
