What You’ll Be Doing:
✔️ Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism.
✔️ Implement personalized treatment plans created by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
✔️ Teach communication, social skills, and daily living skills in a play-based setting.
✔️ Create a safe and encouraging learning environment.
✔️ Track progress and celebrate achievements with high-fives and smiles.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Must be 18 years old with a High School diploma or GED.
Valid Michigan driver’s license (required) & reliable transportation.
Must pass a criminal background check, pre-employment physical, TB test, and drug test.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude!
