Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $20 per hour

Shift: Work Hours: 11:30am-8:00pm, after completing training from 8:00am-4:30pm

What’s a typical day as Bilingual Customer Service Advocate II? You’ll be:

  • Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries, including non-routine situations requiring research and adaptation.
  • Ensuring effective customer relations by responding accurately, timely, and courteously to telephone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries.
  • Performing research and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries and process adjustments.
  • Documenting inquiries and maintaining accurate records on complaints or customer comments.
  • Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer problems, questions, and process improvements.
  • Assisting with training new employees and cross-training coworkers as needed.

  • Are bilingual and comfortable communicating effectively in English and Spanish language.
  • Have previous experience in customer service or insurance claims (must-have).
  • Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and research skills.
  • Are detail-oriented and able to document information accurately.
  • Can adapt to non-routine situations and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are available to work hours stated above onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
