- Documenting inquiries and maintaining accurate records on complaints or customer comments.
- Providing feedback and recommendations to management regarding customer problems, questions, and process improvements.
- Assisting with training new employees and cross-training coworkers as needed.
- Are bilingual and comfortable communicating effectively in English and Spanish language.
- Have previous experience in customer service or insurance claims (must-have).
- Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Are detail-oriented and able to document information accurately.
- Can adapt to non-routine situations and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Are available to work hours stated above onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
