Job Summary

Roles And Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
• Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, bills, and statements
• Maintain financial records and ensure data integrity within accounting systems
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Support the preparation of financial reports
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries about payments and billing
• Collaborate with team members to refine accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role is an advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong numerical aptitude and data entry skills
• Good verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
