Responsibilities
- Lead high-end FF&E design projects across hospitality and residential sectors.
- Oversee and guide design teams, managing client relationships and full project scopes.
- Direct sourcing, custom design, specification, and procurement.
- Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and construction administration.
- Ensure design excellence from concept through installation; mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members.
Requirements
- 8–10 years leading high-end FF&E design projects.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- High-level project management skills; California construction administration experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
- Salary range: $110K – $130K annually.
