Sr. Interior Designer, FF&E

Kelly Wearstler is seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and self-driven Senior FF&E Interior Designer to join our award-winning studio. Our work spans luxury hospitality, private residential estates, and high-end restaurants. You'll join a highly creative, fast-paced environment where design excellence and innovation are paramount.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end FF&E design projects across hospitality and residential sectors.
• Oversee and guide design teams, managing client relationships and full project scopes.
• Direct sourcing, custom design, specification, and procurement.
• Coordinate project budgets, schedules, and construction administration.
• Ensure design excellence from concept through installation; mentor and develop junior and mid-level team members.

Requirements

• 8–10 years leading high-end FF&E design projects.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• High-level project management skills; California construction administration experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, and Enscape are a plus).
• Salary range: $110K – $130K annually.
