ODM Construction is hiring a Residential Interior Designer
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team and help bring our clients’ homes to life.
This role is perfect for someone who understands design, materials, layouts, and the remodeling process — and can help clients feel confident from concept to final selection.
Responsibilities
- Help clients with design direction and material selections
- Create mood boards, finish schedules, and design presentations
- Assist with kitchens, bathrooms, full remodels, additions, and new construction projects
- Coordinate with our construction team, vendors, and clients
- Help select tile, flooring, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, paint, lighting, and finishes
- Support 3D renderings, layouts, and design documentation
- Keep selections organized and aligned with project budgets and timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in interior design, remodeling, or construction design
- Strong eye for clean, timeless, high-end design
- Organized, professional, and comfortable working with clients
- Knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details
- Ability to work with a team and communicate clearly
- Experience with design software is a must
- Experience Required Minnium: 3 Years
