Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and ensuring a warm, seamless check-in and check-out experience
- Coordinating office hospitality and supporting the overall daily flow
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with calendar coordination
- Supporting front office and administrative operations
- Assisting physicians and the office team with operational support
- Coordinating scheduling and concierge-level bookings for VIP clientele
Great opportunity for someone with experience or interest in hospitality, luxury service, wellness, concierge, or client experience.
Medical office experience is a plus, but professionalism, presence, and strong people skills are most important.
