Service Coordinator
South Florida Caterpillar dealer seeking a Service Coordinator.
The Service Coordinator ensures a safe, clean working environment by participating in audits and performing inspections. The position works with the Field Dispatcher as well as the shop Foreman ensuring customers are kept up to date on repairs. Reviews service reports and work with technicians to understand the repair in preparation of invoicing the customer.
Essential Functions Include: Maintains safe working conditions and ensures that employees follow proper procedures, assists technicians in completing required learning plans, ordering supplies, and creating purchase orders, Schedules, and quotes repairs, provides customers with repair updates, Coordinate shop repairs on occasion, Dispatch field service technicians on occasion, Submit Warranty work, and Fendt PM Coordination. Must be a high school graduate. A valid and clean FL driver's license will be needed.
