South Florida Caterpillar dealership seeking a detail-oriented and organized Service Contract Coordinator to support our service operations. This role is critical in ensuring timely scheduling, accurate billing, and clear communication with customers and manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule service work for manufacturer national accounts to meet required response and completion deadlines
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams to ensure efficient job execution
• Invoice completed work orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Input and manage data within billing systems to ensure payments are processed within manufacturer's timeframes
• Track and follow up on parts orders to prevent delays in service completion
• Communicate with customers regarding job status, parts availability, and expected completion timelines
• Maintain organized records of service activities, invoices, and communications

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Experience with scheduling, invoicing, or service coordination preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
