Our Recruiter is accountable for: Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Bullhorn. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and support consistent, fair, and equitable selection processes. Execute employee engagement, development, performance, redeployment, retention, and skills-improvement initiatives. Support employee lifecycle processes, including orientation, onboarding, offboarding, termination, payroll, coaching, and advising. Communicate safety policies, standard methodologies, employment updates, and process changes to talent. Identify and implement process improvements based on feedback, engagement results, and customer needs. Maintain operational efficiency and service quality to meet customer requirements. Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, hiring managers, HR partners, customers, and other stakeholders. Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in high-volume recruiting Experience recruiting for light industrial positions preferred Experience in employee management, supervision, or team leadership preferred Knowledge of HR and staffing practices, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, coaching, talent management, employment law, and contract language Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably Bullhorn Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and related business systems Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a changing environment Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management Location: In office - Glastonbury, CT **This position is currently in office; however, candidates should expect to visit the client site in Torrington, CT as needed Schedule: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $51,300.00 - $68,400.00 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
