Location: Hybrid in Hillsboro, OR - Chandler, OR - Santa Clara, CA - Rio Rancho, NM (hybrid in one of these locations highly preferred, potentially open to fully remote in other US areas)

Contract Duration: 4 months to start (potential for extension)

Contract Type: W2 through Staffing Supplier

Hours: 35/week (Mon-Fri 7a - 2:30p, some evening hours may be required for collaboration with Asia partners)

Pay Rate: $38/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly collaborative Business Analyst / Process Documentation & Training Specialist to support a large-scale initiative focused on updating and standardizing operational processes, procedures, and documentation across a complex Foundry Construction & Sourcing organization. This role will partner with numerous construction subject matter experts (SMEs) across multiple functions to coordinate and track the development of process standards, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials. The ideal candidate is skilled in organizing content, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and working with process documentation to ensure its completed, structured and organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with 40-50 cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs to gather, organize, and track process documentation updates for our Construction organization
  • Develop and maintain process flow diagrams using tools such as Microsoft Visio, including creating new workflows and updating existing ones
  • Facilitate working sessions with stakeholders to document end-to-end processes and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Support and track the creation and standardization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency in format, structure, and storage in centralized repositories
  • Collaborate with learning and development partners to design and organize content for training materials and delivery formats
  • Assist in developing presentation materials to support organization-wide training and communication of updated processes
  • Ensure all documentation follows defined templates, standards, and version control practices
  • Provide general project coordination support, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and dependencies, and scheduling review forums
  • Perform additional related tasks as needed to support program objectives

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of content
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to gather and document complex processes in a clear, structured manner
  • Experience creating process workflows and diagrams using Microsoft Visio
  • Ability to drive organization and accountability while working with SME-owned content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing training materials and supporting organizational learning initiatives
  • Familiarity with creating or managing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or technical documentation
  • Background in process improvement, operations, or program coordination

Education Requirement

A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, engineering, construction management, supply chain, logistics or a related field, or equivalent work experience (DEGREE REQUIRED)
