Position Overview
As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will deliver onsite Tier 2 technical support, handling standard processes such as imaging computers, replacing printer toner, disposing outdated assets, and resolving ServiceNow trouble tickets. You’ll manage asset documentation, perform equipment maintenance, support AV/conference room setups, process facility administration requests, and apply technical troubleshooting via KB articles.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide deskside Tier 2 IT support for users at the World Headquarters
- Perform and monitor stable processes such as computer imaging, printer maintenance, asset management, and resolve ticket queues
- Update and maintain accurate equipment and asset records
- Communicate effectively via email and maintain process logs, incidence reports, and inventory/service records
- Identify and resolve operational problems using documented solutions; escalate issues outside established procedures
- Maintain equipment, supplies, and service records; schedule routine maintenance, order supplies, and interact with suppliers
- Provide AV/conference room support as required
- Apply basic technical knowledge for troubleshooting using KB articles and enterprise standards
- Use agile methodology in daily operations
- Knowledge of computing and networking concepts and fundamentals
- Experience supporting AV/conference room setups
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
- Familiarity with agile methodology
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer security policies and general security concepts
- 1 year or more IT experience preferred (recent college graduates will be considered)
