Title: Field Service Technician
Location: Danvers, MA
Duration: 5 months
Pay Rate: $28.96 – $31.54/hour

Title: Field Service Technician

Responsibilities
- Installs, services, and repairs field equipment.
- Provides quality level of service according to established standards.
- Provides onsite troubleshooting support.
- Completes paperwork, documentation and administrative tasks per policy and procedures.
- Prepares written reports.
- Coordinates with field service representatives, sales representatives, clinical specialists and customers to improve field service.
- Provides initial and ongoing sales, service, and customer training.
- Assists in the development and maintenance of educational courseware.
- Performs other additional duties or projects as assigned.
- Associates or BS in Electronic Technician degree/certificate or related
- Minimum of 1 – 3 years previous related experience
- Strong communication skills
- Monday – Friday / 8:00am – 4:00pm
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and not require future sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
