What are the responsibilities and job description for the Product (V&V) Engineer position at Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom?
Location: Horicon, WI (53032)
Duration: 12 months (contract extension potential)
Type: W2 contract (NO C2C OR THIRD PARTY)
Pay: Negotiable depending on direct-related experience up to $38 - $42 an hour
Work Authorization: Must be currently in the United States with active employment authorization documents without CURRENT sponsorship requirements.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience with product verification/validation planning and execution.
- Possess knowledge of systematic corrective action processes (PDCA, 8D, 5 Why, etc.)
- Exposure to Riding Lawn Equipment and/or Utility Vehicle (UTV, ATV) products and applications.
Duties include developing, executing test and/or analysis plans for product verification and validation which includes but not limited to:
- Plan and coordinate test and analysis work for projects varying in complexity from single component to complete development programs of broad scope.
- Aid in establishing short- and long-term objectives, goals, and priorities.
- Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the Engineering design community.
- Analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and make recommendations
- Communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites to drive results
- Lead and execute vehicle tests
Required:
- 4-year engineering or technology degree
- Demonstrated strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Fluent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven problem-solving skills
