Construction Manager | Scranton, PA (onsite daily)
40 hours per week | 6-Month Contract
Targeted pay rate: $75-90/hr depending upon qualification (weekly overtime expected)

Kelly Engineering is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee electrical installation phases and ensure project success. This role manages low-voltage subcontractors, coordinates with internal teams, and works closely with general contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial construction, project management, and material handling or automation systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead low-voltage subcontractor scope, schedule, and installation for material handling systems
- Deliver installation scope on time and within budget, aligned with Project Manager targets
- Coordinate communication between client, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Support labor planning and quality control to meet schedule and budget goals
- Manage scope, ensure contract compliance, and handle change orders
- Track budgets, forecast costs, and prevent overruns
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- BS in Engineering or equivalent technical education and experience.
- 10 years in construction/project management or industrial installation environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methods
- Experience with industrial controls or related industries
- Experience managing subcontractors and construction projects
- Low-voltage installation knowledge (conduit, cabling, etc.)
- Experience with MS Project or similar tools
- Background in control systems, HMI, or material handling equipment projects
- Experience in distribution centers or intralogistics environments
