What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Production Laborer position at Kelly Box & Packaging?
Kelly Box & Packaging has immediate openings for General Production Laborer on 1st shift at our Covington Road location in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Candidates MUST possess the following requirements:
- Work as part of a team to support manufacturing operations with a goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste
- Completes and assembles finished products from raw materials.
- Attaches appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
- Notify supervisor of any material issues.
- Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Must have a High School diploma or GED.
Must be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.
Must have good work attendance & reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Physical environment/working conditions: The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking, and occasional lifting throughout the day.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
