Position Summary:
The Cleaner is responsible for the cleaning of assigned apartment turnovers. Must have impeccable cleaning skills and able to work on their own. May include hallways, basement, and outside areas. Must have a valid driver's liscense and vehicle Spanish speaking is OK.
Responsibilities:
Follows all safety guidelines as well as facility policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Adheres to established policies and procedures when performing all cleaning tasks.
- Communicates any concerns to the Supervisor regarding the tasks assigned.
- Reports any quality issues observed to the Supervisor.
- Cleans and maintains assigned area's according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Repairs or replaces damaged or defective products when necessary.
- Replaces worn or damaged products when necessary.
- Carpet cleaning, flooring, and tile maintenance when not required for day to day operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred.
