Job Overview
JIVE Cleaning Co. is a locally owned residential cleaning service serving Green Bay and Brown County. We are growing our client base and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a flexible part-time basis. This position is open to both W-2 employees and 1099 independent contractors. We handle all client acquisition, scheduling, and billing — your job is to show up and do excellent work.
Responsibilities
- Clean residential homes throughout Green Bay and Brown County to a consistently high standard
- Follow a consistent top-to-bottom cleaning checklist on every job
- Maintain cleanliness logs and complete checklists to document completed tasks accurately.
- Communicate professionally with clients and ownership
- Represent JIVE Cleaning Co. with professionalism and integrity at every appointment
Experience
- Must have reliable transportation to client locations throughout Brown County
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong attention to detail with an active approach to completing tasks efficiently.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
