Job Title: Workplace Experience Coordinator
Overview:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive individual to help create a smooth and welcoming workplace experience for employees and visitors. This role blends front desk reception with general office and facilities support, ensuring the office environment is professional, comfortable, and efficient.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming first point of contact.
- Manage phone lines, messages, and inquiries, directing them as appropriate.
- Support office access and security processes.
- Help maintain clean, organized, and functional office spaces, including common areas and conference rooms.
- Assist with stocking and servicing refreshments and other workplace essentials.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the broader team as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with employees, teams, and facilities staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
- Comfortable managing a mix of administrative and hands-on responsibilities.
- Proactive, reliable, and team oriented.
- Able to safely lift and carry items up to 15 lbs.
Pay: $18/hr
