Receptionist (Full-Time)
First Equity Mortgage – Fort Mitchell, KY
First Equity Mortgage is seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and support our Sales & Operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and greet office visitors
- Manage shared inboxes and route inquiries
- Handle mail, packages, and office supply orders
- Support loan team with document scanning and file organization
- Assist with reporting, loan file updates, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional front desk environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–3 years of customer service, reception, or administrative experience preferred
- Mortgage, banking, or real estate experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Customer-focused, team-oriented, and detail-driven
