Job Specifications
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Location: Green Bay, WI
- Pay Rate: $20/HR
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department as needed
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office
