Kellwell Food Management, a Correctional Food Service Provider is now hiring a Food Service Manager at the Grady County Jail located in Cairo, GA. This is a Full-Time position with benefits. We have weekly pay and the starting rate for this position is $16.00 and hour.
We are looking for a food service supervisor to oversee inmates in preparing the meals for the day.
Your job duties will include, but not limited to:
- ensuring Menus and recipes are followed.
- conducting proper inventories and food orders
- ensuring correct ingredients/amounts are used.
- following food safety standards
We supervise and work with non-violent inmates. Working in a correctional facility, we require candidates to pass background checks.
Experience is bulk cooking facilities is preferred, but not required.
