Position: Director, Instructional Design
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 6 Month Contract)
We’re seeking an innovative Instructional Design leader to modernize digital learning experiences and establish a Learning Experience Design Center of Excellence (COE).
• Lead the design and development of engaging, interactive, and measurable learning solutions.
• Create digital training using Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, SCORM Cloud, and related tools.
• Develop learning standards, templates, and best practices across the organization.
• Leverage AI, xAPI, cmi5, JavaScript, and emerging technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Drive learning analytics, performance measurement, and continuous improvement strategies.
• Ensure accessibility, LMS compatibility, and content governance standards.
• Ideal candidates have 5 years of digital learning experience and expertise in modern instructional technologies.
