Position: Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Hybrid requirement: onsite presence every alternate week.

Research Triangle Park (NC)
Duration: 1 Year (Contract)
Seeking experienced Cloud/Platform Engineers to support a large-scale VMWare re-platforming and OLVM migration project. The role will focus on Kubernetes-based container management, CI/CD automation, cloud infrastructure support, and platform stability within an enterprise banking environment.
Key responsibilities include
- manage and optimize containerized environments using Kubernetes & Rancher
- building and maintaining Jenkins pipelines,
- automating deployment processes using Python/Groovy/Shell scripting,
- supporting Unix/Linux environments,
- ensuring scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure operations
Background Expected
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Rancher, Jenkins, Python, Groovy, Shell Scripting & Unix/Linux
- Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, and platform operations
- Exposure to VMWare migration / OLVM environments preferred
- Familiarity with Rancher, ArgoCD, and GitOps practices is an added advantage
- Prior Banking / Financial Services domain experience highly preferred
- GoLang knowledge is a plus but not mandatory
