What You’ll Do
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail. (C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships)
- Support tax planning initiatives by researching tax laws, identifying opportunities, and preparing clear, actionable summaries.
- Assist in managing engagements from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met.
- Collaborate closely with clients, providing responsive communication and building trusted long-term relationships.
- Guide and mentor junior team members, offering coaching, feedback, and support as they develop their tax skills.
- Stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations to help deliver forward-thinking solutions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license.
- 5 years of public accounting tax experience.
- Experience with C-Corps, S-Corps, and Partnerships tax returns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret tax law.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
Salary : $125,000 - $140,000
