Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in a rapidly growing organization. Our company has doubled in size each of the past two years—and is on track to do so again, creating significant opportunity for career growth and advancement.

This role offers the unique chance to work closely with the CFO and accounting leadership, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of accounting in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and cash application
• Handle collections with professionalism and strong customer communication
• Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Support general ledger (GL) maintenance and accuracy
• Partner with the accounting team on process improvements and ad hoc projects
• Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity

What We’re Looking For

• 0–3 years of accounting or related experience (internships welcome)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
