Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing and cash application
- Handle collections with professionalism and strong customer communication
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Support general ledger (GL) maintenance and accuracy
- Partner with the accounting team on process improvements and ad hoc projects
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure data integrity

- 0–3 years of accounting or related experience (internships welcome)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
