We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting and HR functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about organization and accuracy, we want to hear from you!
Daily Tasks:
· Set up new customers and vendors; maintain existing records
· Collect and process new customer documentation in line with retention policies
· Process invoices daily via email and online portals
· Update invoice data, including freight and additional costs
· Manage incoming mail and apply cash receipts (checks and credit cards)
· Perform accurate cash application for all receivables
· Assist with light HR tasks (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, preparing new hire packets)
· Maintain and update customer tax documents
· Perform additional duties and take on new responsibilities as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs and priorities
What We’re Looking For:
· 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
· Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
· Self-starter with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
· Valid driver’s license
· High school diploma required
