Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic real estate team. This role involves assisting with agent communications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and exceptional brokerage service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of real estate practices and regulations. Must have experience with Canva, CRMs, Microsoft products and an expanded knowledge in technology.
Responsibilities
- Create flyers, slide presentations, connect software for agents including printers, MLS and have an understanding of various software in the real estate industry.
- Manage agent communications via phone, email, and in person to facilitate trainings, meetings and events for the brokerage.
- Teach agents how to use the brokerage's software systems including but not limited to CRMs, MLS, Command, Canva.
- Coordinate appointments for team leader and market center staff.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and document preparation related to property sales.
- Support marketing efforts through social media management, advertising campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for client engagement and business growth.

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate with diverse clients and expand market reach.
