Keller Williams First Choice Realty (Debbie Johnson, Top Realtor in Southern Kentucky) is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand across all platforms. Hybrid role with room to grow into full-time.

You’ll lead social media strategy and content creation for:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• YouTube
• Google Business Profile
• Email newsletters
• Living Southern in Kentucky blog

This is a hands-on, creative role perfect for someone who loves real estate, storytelling, and digital marketing.

• Create & edit Reels short-form videos
• Film home tours community content
• Edit long-form YouTube videos thumbnails
• Build Canva graphics
• Write captions in a warm, conversational voice
• Manage a weekly content calendar
• Post consistently across platforms
• Update Google Business Profile weekly
• Run Facebook/Instagram ads
• Track analytics provide monthly reporting
• Support “The Deets with Debs” video series
• Assist with blog content SEO

You must have:

• Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
• Canva proficiency
• Experience managing multiple social platforms
• Good photography/videography skills
• Strong writing/caption-writing ability
• SEO knowledge (YouTube Google)
• Ability to analyze engagement metrics
• Real estate familiarity (or willingness to learn fast)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
