As the Director of Operations, you’re the heartbeat of our Real Estate Market Center—you’re the energetic, service-oriented catalyst behind every interaction. You champion our office culture, deliver exceptional customer service, and support both agents and staff through daily duties and special projects. Key Responsibilities
1. Front-of-House Ambassador
- Greet clients, agents, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage incoming calls—directing inquiries efficiently
- Maintain inviting, clean, and organized reception and common areas
2. Culture & Experience Maker
- Set a positive, vibrant tone daily
- Assist in organizing weekly/monthly events (trainings, mixers, volunteer day activities, off-site events, coordination of catering)
- Prepare thoughtful agent touches—celebrations, gifts, milestone acknowledgments
3. Administrative Hub
- Maintain and distribute office communications, signage, and announcements
- Manage conference & media room scheduling, mail, and supply inventory
- Support onboarding tasks: compliance documentation, account setups, tech workflows
4. Digital & Social Media Support
- Help schedule, post, and amplify our office social content
- Support agent-facing tech integrations and digital tool adoption
5. Project-driven Support
- Lead weekly/monthly projects: vendor coordination, themed office decor, client appreciation initiatives
- Adapt helpfully to shifting priorities and emergent needs

- Comfortable in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
