Role Description This full-time Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Grandville, MI, with the flexibility to perform some work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing client relationships, conducting buyer and seller consultations, and guiding clients through the purchase, sale, and leasing of real property. The role involves preparing and presenting listings, hosting showings and open houses, and advising clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and transaction timelines. The Real Estate Agent will draft and review contracts, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. Ongoing tasks include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, staying current with local market trends and legal requirements, and participating in Keller Williams trainings, team meetings, and community networking activities.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate practices and regulations
- Experience in Sales and Real Estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong Customer Service skills and client-focused mindset, with the ability to build trust-based relationships
- Understanding of Real Property principles, including valuation, contracts, and local market dynamics
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
