Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The position is based in Johns Creek, GA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, preparing documents such as representation contracts and purchase agreements, and maintaining a superior level of customer service throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
Qualifications
- Current Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
- Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with real estate software and technology
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Johns Creek, GA, is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
